Voyant Domestic provides rigorous analysis of US-listed companies that exhibit, in Voyant's view, signs of potential fundamental business deterioration, competitive landscape challenges, and/or operational inefficiencies that may be precursors of future earnings disappointments.
Risk Management
Voyant employs a systematic three-stage research process to identify companies exhibiting a high risk of underperformance. Voyant begins with a quantitative accruals-based analysis of companies comprising the S&P 500 and Russell 2000 indices, then proceeds with a qualitative assessment of internal controls and accounting policy changes. This includes an in-depth analysis of working capital and soft asset quality. Voyant concludes with a comprehensive, qualitative assessment of all factors that may be indicative of an elevated risk of future underperformance.
