Markets covered within the Pacific Rim include Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and other countries in Southeast Asia when appropriate. Russian and Eastern European transactions are also covered.
In general, coverage will include liquid transactions in which the target has a market capitalization of over US$1 billion. Occasionally, deals below that threshold with sufficient liquidity will be covered. In addition to announced transactions, potential bids are routintely covered.
