A team of experienced analysts leverage their experience in mergers & acquisitions to deliver a powerful service. The service covers announced acquisitions in the Americas as well as potential bids. All announced deals with a target company market capitalization of $500 million or greater are covered in detail, except in th rare cases where liquidity is too small to justify coverage. Occasionally, certain tradable deals below this threshold may be covered. Analysts are fluent in a range of languages, and have developed expertise in regulation, competition and takeover regulation across the North, South and Central American markets. - Initial Reports: Generally produced on the day of announcement, will provide an in-depth description of the deal, as described above.
- Follow-up Reports: Ongoing transactions are actively monitored, with frequent updates on developements within each pending deal.
- Daily Note: Published each morning, the Daily Note provides headlines of developments in existing deals and new situations.
- Calendar: A weekly publication that provides a timetable of historic and forward looking dates for each of the deals under coverage.
- Deal Status Report: A weekly report that outlines the current status of all of the deals being covered.
- Discounts and Estimated Returns: A weekly publication providing current discounts, estimated settlement dates and estimated annualized returns for each of the deals in Americas Merger's current coverage.
- Access to website containing a library of searchable and downloadable reports.
- Unlimited Analyst Contact: Clients are encouraged to have personal telephone contact with the anlayst team. This adds considerable value to the service. Analysts spend a significant portion of their time discussing pertinent aspects of deals currently under coverage.
- Client Requests: On a case by case basis, clients may request the analysts examine transactions below their minimum target market capitalization.
